Anton Wells is a professional who entered the renewable energy industry around a decade ago, has accumulated extensive knowledge in the field through hands-on experience, specialized project management studies, and obtaining his PV green card. He initially focused on off-grid/battery storage systems and then progressed to a project management role for large-scale commercial projects in a prominent EPC company. His responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial kick-off meetings and designs to quality control, subcontractor management, and plant commissioning. The projects he managed ranged from 500kWp to <1.3MW in size. Despite facing various challenges and traveling long distances, he remains committed to his guiding principle of “for the love of solar.”

Having started out as a Senior Project Manager at an EPC firm 9 years ago, he quickly rose through the ranks, gaining extensive knowledge and expertise in various engineering disciplines.
